1. Scope and who we are
LunaView (“we,” “us,” or “our”) operates the LunaView app and website (together, the “Service”). This policy explains how we collect, use, share and protect personal information when you use the Service. It does not govern third-party sites, content providers or advertising services that have their own privacy practices.
2. Information we may process
We process information only as needed to provide, maintain, secure and improve the Service. What we process depends on the features you use, your location and the services actually integrated into the released app.

We do not intentionally request sensitive personal information that is unrelated to the Service. Unless a specific feature clearly requires it and an appropriate permission or consent is obtained, we do not intentionally collect precise location, contacts, SMS messages, photos or files.
3. How we use information
We may use information to operate and personalize the Service; preserve settings and viewing progress; authenticate accounts; protect users and prevent fraud or misuse; diagnose crashes and improve performance; respond to support requests; comply with legal obligations; and, where applicable and permitted by law, deliver or measure advertising.
5. Retention
We keep information only for as long as necessary for the purposes described here, to resolve disputes, enforce agreements and meet legal obligations. Retention periods vary by data category and purpose. We then delete, anonymize or securely isolate information as appropriate.
6. Your rights and choices
Subject to applicable law, you may request access to, correction, deletion or export of your personal information; withdraw consent; object to or restrict certain processing; and make choices about direct marketing or personalized advertising. You can reset or limit advertising personalization through your device settings. This does not stop ads entirely, but may affect their relevance.

7. Security
We use reasonable technical and organizational safeguards, such as access controls, encryption in transit where supported and least-privilege practices. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure; please protect your device and account credentials.
8. Children
LunaView is not directed to children below the minimum digital-consent age in their jurisdiction, and we do not knowingly collect their personal information without appropriate consent. If you believe a child provided us information improperly, contact us so we can review and act as required by law. Parents and guardians should consider content ratings before permitting use.
9. International processing
Information may be processed outside your country by us or our providers. Data-protection laws may differ. Where required, we use appropriate safeguards for international transfers, such as contractual protections or other lawful transfer mechanisms.
10. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy as our Service, technology or legal requirements change. For material changes, we will provide notice through the app, website or another reasonable method and update the date above.
